As a free software application, Fakeanoid comes with no support. It's pretty straightforward, though, so you should be able to get the hang of it pretty quickly.
Since Lotto Luck never worked very well on Windows XP, I've decided to discontinue it. I've contemplated creating a new version of it, but haven't had much time to think about it. Maybe I'll do it in Excel as a tutorial for the new Excel section of this site.
